Maybe you’ve been carrying something for a while. Stress. Grief. Anger. Anxiety. A relationship. Work. Something that happened years ago. Or maybe you’re simply exhausted from being everything to everybody. Let It Go is a two-hour immersive 9D Breathwork experience from The Life Relief Project, New Zealand’s only dedicated 9D Breathwork studio and largest facilitator. You’ll lie down on your own mat with a pillow and blanket, put on wireless headphones and an eye mask, close your eyes and breathe. The journey combines guided breathwork with multiple layers of sound and therapeutic techniques designed to create an immersive experience unlike a traditional breathwork class. There’s no talking. No sharing circle. No explaining yourself. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you want to let go of. You don’t need to tell us your story. For two hours, nobody needs anything from you.
