Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking, please phone 0800 286 4958 as soon as possible. Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance = 100% refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance = Non-refundable. You can change the date of your booking, at no cost, up to 48 hours in advance. Booking changes within 48 hours will incur a $50 change fee. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled book time your booking will be non-refundable. Please check your activity details carefully for your report time.

Included in price - photos & video of your Taupō Bungy experience and a Free AJ Hackett T-shirt. Minimum Weight 35kgs, Maximum Weight 140kgs per person and 180kg total combined weight for tandems. Cannot be more than 30kgs difference between tandem bungy participants. Minimum age 10 years. Participants aged 14 years and under require parent/guardian signature.
