No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. Arriving late will take time out of your game time. No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hrs prior or no shows (may reschedule up to 12 hrs prior). You are legally required to pay on arrival if not paid full online, even if you fail to cancel 24 hrs prior.
