Cancellation Policy
Loloma Charters may cancel a cruise due to weather, marine or operational conditions, in which instance full refund will be given. Intoxicated persons will not be allowed to board the vessel and in this instance no refund will be given. Any on-board incident due to bad behaviour including intoxication will result in the charter being cut short and no refund will be given.
