Cancellation Policy
Charters cancelled within 24 hours of intended departure time incur a 50% loss of charter rate. Management at Lake Taupo Cruises reserve the right to cancel any booking due to weather or operation reasons. If your booking numbers should drop significantly after your initial booking, management at Lake Taupo Cruises reserve the right to move your booking to an alternative, more size suitable vessel.
